Desktop Icon will not go away

My CyberLink YouCam (Webcam software) icon will not go away! This is on Vista. I delete the icon off my desktop and then delete it from the recycle bin but everytime I go to turn on my laptop again, the icon is back on my desktop. Any ideas on how to make it go away for good?

Look in the settings to see if there is a place where it asks something like do you want a desktop icon, if so uncheck it. If it does it will just keep replacing it unless you uncheck it.
