And to use without programming etc?

You could try the free edition of RealVNC. Never used it. The paid version works fine. I could not find any limitations mentioned for the free version. It obviously does not have all the features of the paid version.
Depending on your version of Windows, there is also Windows Remote Access.
Google "pc remote access free" no quotes. As usual there are many that are free download, not free! Be careful in going to lesser-known software. You are exposing your PC as a server with these applications, in addition to any other stuff the authors may have stuck in.
