DFI Lanparty over the MSI K8N Platinum/SLI

Which one is better? I can get the DFI for $135.00 or i can get the MSI K8N for $131.00. I plane on runing a AMD 64 3000+ Winchester, for now a GB of RAM (2x512). A MSI 6600GT GeForce Video Card, and like a 80GB hard-drive and a DVD-ROM and DVD-RW. I'm going to use a 500W Power Supply.

One mention

I would got with the DFI. As to the processor, I hate to mention Venice again because of an agreement I made with someone but I would suggest you get an Athlon 64 3000+ Venice core...as it will be better if you plan to use all four slots or overclock.

As with everything else in the universe pretty much, "it depends on what you're juding them on"

Since you're asking, I wouldnt suppose you to be the type to OC past ~280core so the MSI board is both cheaper and better off for you.
