DGL-4300 Wireless 108G Router, compatibility with Belkin ?

Hi

Can any one let me know if the DGL-4300 Wireless 108G Router is compatible with a belkin range extender ?

I'm going for the DGL-4300 Wireless 108G Router because of the QoS feature so I can down priorities all ports accept port 80 (and the specific ports which voip clients such as skype and voipcheap use) so that when people download torrents they do not take all the bandwidth on the network making surfing slow for every one else.

Is this the best / cheapest router for that ?

I checked out the page for the Wireless 108G Gaming Router, it says priorities can be set for:

Data
VOIP
Media
Email
Games.

And I need it to down-prioritize the torrents/ftp can any one confirm it has the advanced settings for torrents and ftp ? Or to set priorities for individual ports ? Or possibly the only options are the ones above ? As downloading from torrents and surfing the net would both be classed as "Data" which would make the router useless to me. I'm confident it would have the advanced settings i need but I would just like to check with you guys.

Update

I just thought, would they be able to set their torrent clients to port 80 to get full priority and take all the speed again ?
