Diagonal Line

I have a PNY 7600 GT graphics card. Today when I went to open americas army the game came up with a diagonal line. After the game loaded the screen went to a point with the picture radiating out from that point in the center. Anyone know what the problem may be? Thank you for your help.

I just tried google earth and the point was at the center of the earth. As I moved the application around my monitor the point stayed at the canter of the earth.

I tried that first and it didn't help. I turned off the computer for awhile bacause the video card temp was 64 degrees. I turned it abck on an hour later and it worked fine. 64 is quite a high temp correct?
