Hi everyone! New here! I have a question about my LCD display. Under dark backgrounds, more noticeably black, there are stationary faint diagonal lines in both directions. I don't believe this is the screen door effect because, correct me if I'm wrong , they are not horizontal and vertical. These diagonal lines seem to have a kind of faint white glow and are invisible under white or bright color backgrounds. My LCD display is a Sceptre X9g-NagaII. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicat...71547&CatId=170
I emailed Sceptre about it so we'll see if they respond. Everytime I see an LCD display in the store or at a friends I always check for the lines but have never seen them. This is my first LCD so I wasn't sure if it was just normal for the technology right now. Is it pretty safe to say that this isn't just normal for some LCD's?
I have tried both the digital and analog connections and switching video cards. I've tried messing with all the settings in the monitors OSD. Nothing helps.
I have searched all over the web for info on this with no luck. Thanks for your help.
