R RockLobster New Member Sep 20, 2005 #3 If it's Outlook 2003, you go to Tools ~> Options ~> Mail Setup and uncheck the box that says "Hang up when finished with a manual send/receive". If it's Outlook Express, go to Tools ~> Options ~> Connection and uncheck "Hang up after sending and receiving". Other versions of Outlook are pretty much the same.
