toshiba satellite l455-s5046. I was experiencing slow internet, so I did a ipconfig /flushdns, then rebooted the computer and now I cant connect to the internet as there as no network adapters. How do I get them back?

I can do a system restore either cause it says cant do it.

and the funny thing is, I looked in device manager and the network adapters are there, but they dont show up in network and sharing center.

What can I do to fix this? I tried to do an ipconfig /renew, but i get a message cant do this if media is disconnected

Check that they're enabled. Go into Network and Sharing Center and click Change Adapter Settings

but in network and sharing, here is nothing in the change adapter settings page. The adapters show up in device manager, but not in ntwork and sharing center. Are there some services that need to be started or something

Are you connecting with wireless or ethernet cable? Go into device manager, right click on whatever adapter you are using and click on uninstall then reboot machine and let windows reinstall the driver and it should connect to internet again. Reinstalling driver will usually reset adapter.
