Did My Motherboard Fail?!

Today I was installing a new CPU fan that I just bought. I had to take the motherboard out in order to install it. Now, that I've replaced everything, the computer will not start. The light on the motherboard lights up, but when I press the power button, nothing happens. It doesn't even attempt to power on, just nothing. I wore an anti-static wrist band. What do you guys think? Does it sound like my motherboard is dead?
 
sounds like you have the front panel power wire plugged into the wrong pins. try switching em around.
 
Yea, that's exactly what was wrong. I had the manual flipped the wrong way when I was looking at the pins. I was preparing myself to be out $250! Needless to say, I'm quite relieved! :D
