I had no beep and no video. I took a working vid card from another pc. Still no beep or video. Put working card back in the other pc and now it has no beep or video. PLS HELP

My pc was restarting over and over. I shut it down and left it for a few weeks then went back to see what it might be. (other pc's in house) I turned it on and got cdrom, a drive, hard drive and all fans but got no video or beep. I pulled the vid card out and replaced it with a known working vid card. Same thing no beep no video. I put the working vid card back in the other pc and now it has no beep or video.
I'm thinking my motherboard has a short and killed the working vid card.

Well if you're OCing that much (and you're not an idiot) then you pay attention and you'll notice stuff like its not booting properly or you get artifacing... also unless you're running a BIOS hack (for which you'd know exactly what you're doing) then any OCing is post-boottime.
