well i just reconfigured my pc have new windows new ram i didnt want to do it someone basicly forced me to all i wanted was a new stick of ram bc my old ram was crap around 350 and i dont know how to turn this annoying scroll thing off im not rly sure how to post a screen shot of the scroll but after you type a letter in google or address bar it pops up of every past thing and its just rly rly rly rly rly rly annoying its making me want to throw my monitor at the wall or onto the ground outside its just so annoying so could some one help me
 
Are you talking about AutoComplete? It brings up things you've typed before in a scroll menu underneath the text field. If so all you need to do is start your web browser and disable that function.

Not exactly sure about these instructions but a think this is how you disable it.

In Firefox:

Tools -> privacy -> uncheck box next to "Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar"

In IE:

Tools -> Internet options -> Content -> AutoComplete settings -> uncheck the boxes and clear the stored info.
