Didn't use computer for a year... Now won't boot

Hey everyone, Christmas 2012 this forum helped me make my first computer and I used it happily for about 4 months with no issues.

Then I moved to a new city and didn't turn on my computer until now.

Now, when I turn it on, a series of red lights go off (one at a time) on the mobo, and the monitor says no connection. First CPU, then ram, then VGA, then bios. Bios red light stays on.

The computer stays on but nothing is happening.

Can you guys please help me figure this out and what steps I need to take to rectify the issue?

Left the computer plugged in overnight and the computer fixed itself. When i turn it on it's all good. Guessing the CMOS battery had to recharge? Whatever happened, glad the computer is working again :)
 
Glad it's working, but I had the same problem with one of my builds where it just randomly decided not to work. It would boot up, but not get past POST, turns out the motherboard just called it quits.

FYI, the CMOS battery is a typical watch battery, they aren't rechargeable and if that's bad the worst that happens is your BIOS settings will go back to defaults and the time will be wrong.
