difference between 16mb and 32mb cache?

Is there a bid difference in performance between a 16mb and 32mb cache hard drive? Both are sata II interface Seagate barracudas.

If you had exact systems with one 16 and the other 32mb, you could not tell a difference unless you ran some benchmarks. But with that said if their close to the same price, why not?
