difference between 20+4pin and 24pin

it's prob a silly question, but i got confused..

so, is there any difference between 20+4pin and 24pin types of connectors?

ps. i read the whole 101 section, and searched thru the forum.. didn't help much

No. It's just if your motherboard has a 20 pin (pretty old) , the 20 + 4 pin will work with that also.
