Difference between Premier Pro and Elements?

Hey all.

Had a quick look on the site and couldn't find anything, so I was wondering if someone could tell me the main differences between the two programs, and which would be better to get?

Premiere Elements is a stripped down version of Premiere pro (it also costs much less). It's aimed at beginners and novice users who dont need the advanced features found in Premiere Pro. Its just like Photoshop vs Photoshop Elements. If you just want to do basic of average video editing or if your on a tight budget, get Premiere Elements, if your an advanced video editor or money is no object, get Premiere Pro.
