Difference between these 2 8800GTs?

they both have the same exact specs. but they have different model numbers.

is it just the new HS&F design?

I also notice that the new design of the actual card looks a little shorter........which is nice, maybe it will fit in my case now

It appears that the second one ($255) is a newer model with a newer heatsink design, and different colored PCB. If you ask me, I would personally go with the second one purely for looks, since they both have the same specs.

The one that is $5 more also has S-video, if you need that.
