Different Cpu Temps?

Hey all! I recently built a system. In said system, I have an i7 3770k. I'm pretty damn certain I put my heat sink on my cpu correctly, I researched it and intel says put a dash of thermal paste down the middle of the cpu for my particular model. Basically, I just made sure there was a thin layer of AS5 covering most of the cpu. It boots up fine, no problem. I use Core Temps to read my temps. It has listed on my desktop gadget that I have 8 cores. I assume because of Hyper-threading. These are my readings on Core Temp

Core 1- 28c
Core 2-28c
Core 3-28c
Core 4-28c
Core 5-23c
Core 6-25c
Core 7-22c
Core 8-22c

Is this normal for them to be different temps? I know I don't have an octa-core processor so maybe its just reading strange?

Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it. They're all right next to each other. For temperature purposes I would just read the highest one and have that be your temperature you look at.

this is normal. You could reapply thermal paste, or in the extreme approach lap the CPU or de-lid it, however I agree with the other boys, nothing to worry about.
