I am currently intrested in buying a new mobo and the main ones in my mind are the A8N-sli deluxe(but I dont need SLI) and the A8N-E nForce4. The thing is I do not wanna spend the money on the SLI which I will not be needing so besides that what is the diffrences  ?

First let's start by saving you some cash on the one you finally go with. Instead of the $152.99 seen at Tiger for the A8N-SLI Deluxe try the $102.99 seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131517

Instead of $126.99 seen there for the A8N-E try $78.99 seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131530 So for less then the price of the A8N-E seen at TigerDirect you can have the A8N-SLI Deluxe which isn't a bad board despite having SLI capability. For saving money with a tight budget the $78.99 seen on the A8N-E works for that.

The $86.99 works for the A8R-MVP seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131584 This an ATI Crossfire capable not SLI board there. You would run ATI not NVidia models there.

For $74.99 you can choose the A8N5X model without the SLI capability seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131569 This one offers teh 8 channel onboard sound where the A8R MVP model has the 6 channel seen there if you plan to use the onboard instead of pci expansion card for sound.

Tigerdirect is in CDN and newegg is american just for the heads up. The one with the 6 channel audio is eliminated for now because I do not plan on buying an extra Sound card.
I like this combo, the A8N SLI Deluxe and Athlon 64 3700+ for 264.99 cdn!

If you convert the tigerdirect prices (just change the .ca to .com for tigerdirects american prices on the same stuff :D) newegg is still cheaper but then you have to factor in cross border shipping. I'm not sure if newegg does cross border yet.

Another place to look at buying hardware in Canada is www.canadacomputers.com or www.ncix.com

The main difference between the A8N-E and A8N-SLI is, as the name suggests, SLI. The Board you have linked to is the A8N-SLI Deluxe, which also features dual Gigabit Lan and Dual Raid.

The A8R-MVP is a Crossfire compatible board, with an ATI chipset instead of the nVidia one. This does not prevent you from using a nVidia card with this board. It is generally considered to be a better board in terms of overclocking potential.

The A8N5X is basically a budget version of the A8N-E, with the nForce4 chipset, instead of the nForce4 Ultra.

I thought you were looking for a full size atx not micro atx board
The M2N-E is indeed a full size ATX board.

Well at TigerDirect.CA you will be paying even more for a full atx Socket AM2 model like the one seen at http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...Tab=2&NoMapp=0
Where did $450+ board come into this? There are many, many AM2 board available at better prices.

This one will allow me more flexibility with the AMD AM2 Processors...any advice it is cheaper than the A8N SLI deluxe.
If you don't yet have a CPU, then i'd recommend choosing the platform before choosing the motherboard. On that note, i'd recommend AM2 over S939, although you may also want to consider a Core 2 Duo based build. That's certainly a solid AM2 motherboard, though, and should serve you well.
