digital tv reciever

hi, today i bought an artec t1 digital tv reciever for my laptop, but it doesnt seem to be working...
i ahve set it up properly but it doesnt pick up any channels.
does anyone have one of these and can tell me "how to use it" and also is there anywhere where i can d/l the lastest drivers and software?

are you sure you have everything connected properly, and can you definately receive digital TV

On here people seemed to have difficulty picking up stations, except the guy who plugged it into the roof aeriel.

yeh, im sure i have everything connected properly and i know i live in an area where i should be able to get a signal, but i just get nothing.
is the aerial some sort of "special" digital aerial or can a normal aerial just be used as well? i have tried connecting it to my roof aerial and a small aerial and i still get nothing.
