Digital Video projector question.

The bar I hang out at has Video overhead projector that shows Comcast Cable television signal through a comcast digital box.

The owner has asked me to help him fix it.What is happening is that the screen rolls from time to time like a old timely television would do.

Any suggestions on where to start looking for the source of trouble?
 
Possible bulb beginning to die?
Loose cable?
Power beginning to die?
