Direct Draw in Win98SE

Hi Guys! Ive been told that to clear up a sound playback error for a game i need to "disable audio acceleration in the direct draw configuration menu" how do i find and get into this menu?

Hi Guys! Ive been told that to clear up a sound playback error for a game i need to "disable audio acceleration in the direct draw configuration menu" how do i find and get into this menu?

1. Goto start>run type in "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks)
(press enter)

2. Click the sound tab.

You will now see the option to change it from full acceleration to none.
