direct x10

my card says it supports it so i tried o upgrade from 9 to 10 and it sayed the upgrade installed correctly but every time i check what direct x i have it says i have 9

Mine is direct x10 compatible as well but XP is not. An upgrade to Vista sorts it.

yeah xp only supports up to directx 9

vista supports 9 and 10.

i noticed the diffrence in Crysis going from DX9 in xp to using DX10 in Vista.

the colours look more richer and much more high def.
