My 7970 has a lot of problems with the 14.X drivers from AMD and works better with the 13.X. I've reinstalled the 13.X drivers several times but when I start getting issues again I check my driver and they're sure enough back to the latest 14.X driver. How can I make it stop doing this? It even asked if I wanted to download an update recently, I said no, and it's still up to date.
