disable edge

Edge pops up on reboot or wakeup. I've read and tried various fixes. None work and the mighty Microsoft tech team has no idea how to stop this. It's a mystery for them. How many years have they been in business and they still don't get it. Anyone have an idea. I've already messed with the registry. It worked for a day or two.

You have an program installed that is running at boot up that is calling for it to start. Open task manager and disable all entries and try again. If it doesn't open, then reenable one by one until you find out which one is causing it and disable it.

With the amount of problems you're having with your OS, I'd suggest a reinstall.
