Disabling Intel HD 2000?

I bought a fairly simply flight simulator.
My computer, an Inspiron 620 has the built in Intel HD 2000 chipset.
Do I need to disable something when I install the new Graphics are or will that happen automatically?

If I have to disable something could someone tell me how to do that?
 
I was told elsewhere in the forum dealing with the flight sim program I might have to.
It didn't make a whole lot of sense to me as I would be installing a stand alone graphics card.

But what do I know??
 
You don't have to disable anything, but in your case I would. After you install the new card and it works, go into the BIOS and turn off the integrated video as it will just consume a portion of your system memory. I'd also uninstall the drivers and software that were used for it.
 
What he said. If you're installing a new video card you'll probably want to disable the integrated HD 2000.
