I have another computer - and it needs Microsoft Office with Word. I have my disc and product key, but the disc won't fit - the centre hole of the disc won't go onto the central spot (in the sliding tray for discs that is on the computer) because it is not exactly circular, but it has little points on it, so the disc won't fit. The computer is HP pavilion. What next to do?

If it's a laptop you need to push a little bit so it will stay in the tray.
