Disk boot failure... If my backup drive isnt connected

I think this has happened before, something to do with the mbr being installed on the wrong drive? Stupid windows.

This is a new installation, and is very annoying, what should I do, I can't remember. thanks

Do you have a Windows disc? If so, boot to it and run startup repair. It should automatically recreate the MBR on your main hard drive.
