Disk Cleanup Problem, Help please!!

Everytime when i use diskcleanup it would delete everything but my Compress Old Files. So i serched on it and I did this:

Now when I click Disk Cleanup, I only see:
Downloaded Program Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin
Temporary files
Catalog files for the Content Indexer

I would like to know how to get the "Compres old files" back, and if I should get it back.
