Disk Cleanup question

I hadn't run my usual cleanup programs for a while (Ccleaner, Adwcleaner, Malwarebytes, JRT), and was cruising through the computer and came upon Disk Cleanup under Startup. Hadn't seen it before. I ran the program, and this is what it showed me:

x Downloaded program files - 0
x Temp Int files - 7.13 mb
x Recycle - 72.6 mb
Service Pack backup files - 920 mb
System error menu files - 5.83 mb
x Temp files - 13.5 mb
Temp Windows inst. files - 5.51 GB!
x Thumbnails - 43 mb
x Windows update cleanup - 10.3 GB!

x = files marked for deletion

Before I cleaned the files up, I ran Ccleaner (which should catch most of the above), and it showed 213 mb removed.
Adwarecleaner - 4704 bytes
Anti-Malwarebytes -0/509,766 detected
JRT - 4 files removed

Then I went back to Disk Cleanup, and ran it again.

Downloaded program files - 0
Temp Int files - 26.1 kb
Recycle - 1.03 kb
Service Pack backup files - 920 mb
System error menu files - 5.83 mb
Temp files - 45.1 kb
Temp Windows inst. files - 5.51 GB!
Thumbnails - 2 mb
Windows update cleanup - 10.3 GB!

Question - If Ccleaner, Adwcleaner, Malwarebytes, JTR are supposed to be so good, why aren't they picking up the files/programs that Disk Cleanup is identifying?

Should I check all the boxes in Disk Cleanup for removal, or is there a reason the program only identifies 6 of the 9?

Should I ignore Disk Cleanup? why?

thanks for any assistance you can give.

I don't think Ccleaner would have a reference of what Windows temp files or updates were being staged, or had already been implemented, whereas Windows would have references to the state of those packages.

Yes go ahead and run disk cleanup. As beers said, anything windows update related would be controlled by windows not any other program. But I'm actually surprised that Ccleaner didn't catch the temp install files. I also usually run TFC (temp file cleaner) after running Ccleaner on clients machines I've never worked on before and it always deletes more then what Ccleaner does. You can get it TFC here.
