Oh man Windows 95...That brings old days back lol.
Try to rather use Windows 98 SE in the virtual PC because Windows 95 is VERY BUGGY and their driver support was crap and most of the programs would crash an OS like now in your case.
Maybe your modem type is just NOT supported in Windows 95 so rather try 98 SE.

Do you know what modem you have? Is it compatible with a newer OS than Windows 95? Like STARS said, Windows 98SE (not just Windows 98) is one of the most stable (if not the most) Windows platform with a GUI.

True lol.Funny isn't it?So old OS and STILL the most stable one lol.Everyone should downgrade from Windows 7 to 98 SE.LoL I am just kidding.:D

Yeah, I know of one very large store chain in the US that still runs all their internal registers, inventory and pretty much everything else off of Windows 98SE. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! :D

i have chosen for ''standard 300 bps modem'' (min) or ''standard 28800 bps modem'' (max) and they cause that disk error while installing.

and i have a serparate windows 98 virtual machine.
