Disk Issue Possible Failure?

So I booted up my PC this morning and I got a "Hard Disk Error Please Insert Disk"
Something along those lines...I didn't care as I only got a few hours of sleep...anyways when I woke up I started to worry.

The error message happened right after BIOS screen but before Windows boot up. I powered down and back on and have yet to see the issue again.

Now I booted up HD Tune and I see this "warning"
Relocated Sector Count 3

Health Status is on warning...this drive about to take a dump on me? Real shame too because this drive was doing so well too :(

*edit*
Seagate Tools is showing everything is green strange. Running long tests now though.

Just installed free HDtune and I get this

How is the trial a "warning" yet the basic happy and ok????

Less than 4,000 hours on it too. Unusually early failure. Send it in for warranty repair. Surely you haven't had it three years yet.

That's a good question. On their website it states that a drive is "probably good" if it passes SeaTools testing. Though if you're getting sectors flagged as bad...? You can call at 1 800 SEAGATE for warranty inquiries.
