Disk space

Hello. My computer was processing very slowly and it looked like the disk space was maxed out. I followed a YouTube video on how to clear unwanted files from the C drive. Apparently I must have deleted something that I needed because the text has disappeared from files. See picture below. How do you fix this? Thank you!

What exactly did you do? Do you have system restore turned on to where you can go back to before you tried fixing this? How big is your hard drive?

Hi I searched a little more and found that someone had the same trouble when they installed the update for Windows 10. I had also just installed my update to windows 10. I just restarted it and everything came back. Very strange.
