display card for Intel Pentimum III? Recommendation?

I have an old pc,
Intel Pentimum III 804 MHZ, with 512 MB of RAM
and already have a SIS 300 display card.. Recently this card makes problem for me so much.. such as PINK LINES while playing the video so I have to DISABLE Hardware Acceleration..

I'm thinking to get some new display card which can solve this issue.. What do you guys recmommend? Any brand or model??
 
Do you intend to play games?

Budget?

Do you know what model of motherboard you have, and if you've got an AGP slot?
 
my main work is watching TV on the computer (I have a WIN TV PCI CARD as well) and to be able to enable to hardware accelaration because without this option the video quality is poor on my tv card.

the budget up to 100-120$ is fine

ok I just opened the case of the computer the display card is SIS 305 and I think its AGP because its on the BROWN slot which is longer than the white ones (PCI).. Am I correct?

and my Mother board from what I see is ASUS and unfortunately I dont see any model number!
