i will try to describe this the best i can:
when i startup, and i have my monitor (my apple, my primary monitor, it uses a dvi) plugged into the dvi connector nothing shows on the screen when it starts (it also appears as though it doesnt completely start, the lights on my mouse dont light up as they usually do, and the fans keep running 100%). when i have my other monitor plugged into the vga on my gfx card it shows everything on the monitor and it starts up properly. when i have both plugged in it shows the startup info on the monitor plugged into the vga, and once windows starts it switches over to my apple monitor. but i dont want to have the other monitor plugged in all the time just so it will start up properly, i dont lika dual monitors unless they are both the same kind of monitor, or at least the same size.
what is wrong? how do i fix it?
