Display problem

Hi i am having a problem with the display.When a website comes up.It is to big for the screen.I have to scroll left and right to see the whole website.Is there a setting that i can reset to make it smaller.Thanks in advance.
 
Right click / Properties / Settings. Increase the resolution, if you have a LCD screen their should be a native resolution and if you deviate from that it may or may not look that good.
 
But I guess some websites are like that only, they require you to scroll left to right to get the perfect picture. Cant say why they make such sites causing inconvenience for others and I have come across many such sites friends so the problem need not be necessarily related to the monitor.
 
You can zoom the pages in/out by pressing "ctrl" and then using the mouse wheel to adjust the zoom (up=in, down=out), but I'm not sure if this is the feature you're looking for. It also behaves slightly differently on certain browsers, I'm not sure about this but I think IE7 doesn't resize images... Firefox does, however.
