Display Problem

Hi can someone please give me some advice?

When i try to watch something on full screen on my computer I get a black line going down the screen and the computer slows right down.

even when i watch it on small screen it is like waiting it in frames

I have wipe the computer but it is still the same

any help is appreciated

More information is needed.

What is your system setup?
Media players used?
Files trying to be played?

It could be a number of things, incorrect drivers, heat related issues, system not powerfull enough etc etc...
