Dissolving the partitions and formatting the HD!

I have WinXP Pro on my PC. My PC has 3 partitions (about 20 GB each). Now I want to dissolve the partitions into one. I want to format my PC and want to install WinXP Pro again, but with one partition of 60 GB. I have taken necessary back up and ready for format anytime. I have WinXP Pro CD (I don't have any bootable floppy etc). I checked internet about the instructions but can't understand them clearly. What do I need to do to format and dissolve the partitions? Please give me simple instructions. My PC's configuration is Intel, Celeron 1.10 GHz, 512 MB RAM.
Thanks!

Partion Magic works well. Merge 2 partions at a time then do 2 more. Or get a win 98 startup disk run fdisk when booted to A: and delete non-dos partions. When disk is clean start mahine with XP CD and load as normal.
