DivX YV12

Hi, i have downloaded some video files and when i try to watch them i get a message to say error downloading codec and the picture plays but no sound. I have a look at the properties and the main difference is these files are DivxYV12. Where can I get the correct codec?

I use that and have been able to play aything so far...except Apple's .mov
