dll entry point

hi,

I'm new to this forum and have very little computerprogramming knowledge, so please bear with me.

I'm trying to run a file conversio program called ani2pov, and after downloading countless dll files which it requested, I get this error message:

I have no clue what his means or how to fix it. could someone please help me?

I tried that already. i'v been having alot of .dll troubles latley. I put all the .dlls it asks for in the system32 folder in my c drive, and that seems to work, but I didn't think of putting the dll in the program's directory. I'll try that.
