DLL problem

i foolishly deleted a dll from the program files folder .Although i did manage to recover it i get the error message that it a not a proper Windows Disk Image.
The program i want to run does work properly by ignoring the message but i would rather not have the message popping up all the time.
How do i solve this problem???

whats the program can you just reinstall it?

i did reinstall it.its TASM(turbo assembler) by the way.
the dll i deleted was in the Symantec folder(s32evnt1.dll)

Download s32evnt1.dll from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?s32evnt1 and copy it to windows\systen32 folder.
