do i have a dvd burner?

how can i find out? I know i have a cd burner..but forget if i have a dvd burner to.

You're kidding, right? Just in case you're not kidding. Look at the front of your CD/possible DVD burner. It should say something like "DVD-RW" or something close to that. You can also try putting a DVD in there and see if it will read, if it does then you know that you at least have something that can read DVDs.

it would say dvd-rw or dvd+rw if you had a burner
