Do I have a TV-Card?

Hi everyone,

I got a laptop for my birthday almost 2 months ago. I upgraded my video card: NVidia GeForce Go 6150 (not the best one

) and then i descovered this: Type Tv-Encoder: NVidia Integrated. Does this mean I have a TV-card? They didn't mention it has a TV-card.

Sorry for the dutch language...

You have TV-Out. Very few GPUs(if any for laptops) have integrated capture capabilities.

No you cant. In order to watch tv on your laptop you are going to need a external tv tuner for it.

There are heaps of USB tv tuners out there that will add TV to your laptop.

This just means that you can watch laptop on your TV (ZOMG LOL), not watch TV on your laptop.

A TV card mean TV tuner card, he/she should have said TV-out or ViVo (video in Video out).
