I'm Building A PC for Gaming, But I Don't Have Enough for The Graphics Card. I want to build The PC then once i have the money for the Graphics card, I'm Gonna Install it. I know i won't be able to Play games Until i install it, but i just wanna know will my PC still Work?

If you get an Intel CPU, yes, they have integrated graphics that will work fine (it might even be able to run some games on low settings).

EDIT: almost all AMD's FM* socket CPUs also have integrated graphics, as do some AM3(+) motherboards; however, you'll have to check before you buy. With Intel, as long as you don't get Xeon, you're guaranteed to have integrated graphics.

I recently gave my friend my gtx980, and so I've been using the onboard graphics..in my case 4600 HD. Yes, you can definitely use the computer, but good luck playing games

You are not guaranteed integrated graphics with a non Xeon Intel chip. The entire enthusiast line (socket 2011/2011v3) has no iGPU. Only the mainstream line (socket 115X non Xeon) have iGPU.

It is worth noting that lower end Intel CPUs have inferior iGPUs to higher end Intel CPUs. Also, as was mentioned, integrated graphics will work for lower end games (Quake Live, DOTA2, LOL, Hearthstone), but good luck playing Just Cause 3 maxed out at 1440p lol.

If you are just doing basic use and basic gaming, iGPU is fine. As soon as you want to become a serious gamer, an AMD R9 380 (or better Nvidia/AMD equivalent) is highly recommended.

When you buy a motherboard for use with integrated video pay close attention to its display outputs. Do you need HDMI? VGA? DVI? Make sure it has the output(s) you need. And yes you can multi-monitor off integrated graphics.
