Do i need to buy fans when building my own computer?

Well, if you're getting a case, it should come with fans on it, but if you want and it has space, you can allways buy more Look at my sig pictures for example

My last Chenbro case sounded like an F5 tornado so I baught a fan to replace the noisy one and it came with a speed controler. See what the case comes with most cases come with cheap noisy fans.
