Do I need to have a graphic card to start it up?

Well I would like to know if I need a graphic right now in order to start this build up? I don't have the money for the graphic card right at the moment and have to wait a bit.

if you have onboard graphics you can.otherwise,like c4c said,no.

Well the 860K isn't an APU so it doesn't have onboard video. So he would need a video card to use the system.
