Do I need to update my BIOS?

Hey guys, I read here on Intel's site that I have to update my BIOS. At the bottom it says

This applies to:
Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor
Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor Extreme Edition

I'm just making sure I dont need to do this, because I have HT. Although the link I clicked on that said I needed to do this update was this

Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor supporting Hyper-threading Technology

So do I need to do it?

P.S. My computer is working fine (except overheating), I just stumbled upon that link, just wondering what its all about.

Well, it depends on how old your computer is, because that page was last updated back in May of '03.
