Do really need fans?

Ok so im getting a water cooling kit that covers everything major that has to be cooled like the chipset for the mobo and the cpu plus the graphics card.

Im guessing this is stupid and that i need fans for circulation and keep everything else cool..

But i want a fan that is extremely quiet and that has really bright led
 
You don't need fans as long as your cooling system cools everything, but I would recommend fans so your hdd and stuff doesn't heat up so much.
 
Well ... how do you plan on cooling the resivoir? You're best off with one fan or two :) Also dont forget the drives :)
