Do these parts go together?

Building a computer and I was wondering if these parts go together? Thank you much appreciated!!!

-Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz 16gb

-Asus M5A781-M am3+

-Amd fx 8350

-Western digital caviar 1TB 7200rpm

-Ace Sata-molex dual 12v 550w

-GTX 680 4gb

Yeah it will all 'fit together' but I'd advise just getting an 8320 (no real reason to spend more on the 8350) and you definitely need a better PSU for a 680. Something like a Corsair TX 650 V2 should do it. 8GB of RAM should be enough too, doubt you need 16GB.
