I am using Windows 7 professional on one of my laptops, now it becomes slow, i guess it need good PC optimization program to run on. What is the best PC optimization program should i install to recover original speed.

Slow startup.
Takes much time to first load Firefox browsers.
Transferring files between drivers takes time.
Browser hanged after opening of 5 tabs on it

You can first run ccleaner and see if it gets better. What are your specs?

If it is still too slow, you can also re-install Windows.

Common sense really.

If you've installed an unmanageable amount of garbage on your computer and have 15 icons in the tray at boot, you're probably best off backing up data and reinstalling Windows.

I believe he indicated the same approach.

"Cleaning and optimizing" more often than not means correcting issues that the user generated, whether it's a huge amount of irrelevant garbage or incorrectly managing system settings.

Basically run ccleaner and malware removal programs from the sticky in the security section and disable any unused programs loading at bootup. That process should improve your speed. Also Norton and McAfee antivirus programs will slow you up.

also ive uninstalled any unused clutter with revo uninstaller (check the bold boxes). archiving photos, docs, etc and storing them in the logic drive or exteral HDD will ease the system drive. a defrag with windows own or defraggler is another.

ccleaner is suggested above for me and i will add malware program to make it more powerful to remove junk and optimize machine

a marker is created in system restore before uninstalling a program. revo also removes all traces of uninstalled programs. during the last stage it shows reg entries for deletion, be sure to check the the bold boxes only. clicking the + signs will extend the tree further before continuing.
