document programs

I have several programs that I probably do not need, however do not know what
programs can be deleted. Anyone have advice ? Do I need adobe programs ? and how about all those Microsoft visual C+ C+. Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to me that you need all those programs. Adobe allows you to open up flash websites, and .pdf files. the C+ is also needed by your web browsers

i would get rid of the yahoo stuff and delete.
What i would do next goto run, type msconfig and look at the start
up tab. A lot of this can be turned off. Keep it on the computer and
click it when ya want to use it. its about housekeeping and freeing memory etc.
Do this then post.
